How to type in Chinese?

Typing in Chinese is not only the primary way most Chinese people actually create most written messages, it's also a great way to practice character recognition, and is a core aspect to how we teach Chinese characters in our courses. 
You can type Chinese on a tablet, smartphone, or PC without installing a Chinese Input Method Editor(IME)! It is fast and runs on all the modern web browsers. No additional software or browser plug-ins need to be installed.To configure an Android keyboard for Hanzi (Chinese) characters, you'll need to enable the Chinese keyboard and select the desired input method (Pinyin or Handwriting) within your device's settings.
